We are currently planning a series of themed events for 2010. Dates have yet to be finalised but if you have the luxury of being able to choose when you visit, take a look at the list below and let us know if a particular event appeals to you. Participation (like clothing) will of course be optional.
Wood Carving & Painting
Enjoy learning about and creating with wood and paints, guided an accomplished Serbian artist (tbc). Be inspired to try your hand at carving and go foraging for interesting pieces of wood in our grounds. You'll be amazed at what you can do with some basic tuition and lots of encouragement.
Enjoy learning about colours and painting techniques and create your own work of art.

Summer Solstice Party - Sunday 20th June
Join us and explore the magic and madness of Midsummer. Sit round the fire and learn about ancient rituals, eat heartily and see in the dawning of Midsummer's Day.
Midsummer was thought to be a time of magic, when evil spirits were said to appear. To thwart them, Pagans often wore protective garlands of herbs and flowers. Arrive from 4.00pm, choose or pitch a tent if you plan to stay and make your own garlands from the wild herbs & flowers on the land.
We’ll be serving BBQ food & summer punch at around 8.30pm before lighting a sacred fire. Those who can will stay up all night to welcome the dawning of midsummers day. All musical instruments and willing voices welcomed.

JULY
Handicrafts
Learn new skills, practise old ones and share your expertise with others as you express yourself creatively in the sun. Handicraft workshops we will be featuring include:
- Glass art, making candleholders, mirror frames and sun-catchers out of coloured glass
- Jewellery-making
- Papier-mâché
- Pressed flower art
We are passionate about recycling at Camp Full Monte and always like to see ‘rubbish’ put to good use. Have fun turning bottle tops, corks, plastic bottles etc into art.

Natural Therapies
Come & join other like-minded individuals to learn about, practise or simply enjoy a range of different therapies. We hope to team up with a local Spa specialising in massage and aromatherapy to provide uplifting and relaxing treatments throughout the week and aim to hold Yoga workshops every other morning. We are looking for therapists to run sessions and a herbalist to run a workshop and help us create potions from foraging the surrounding area. We would also love to learn more about meditation and trance work.

AUGUST
Games Galore
It’s too hot in August to do anything more strenuous than raiding our ‘Fun Box’ for games and puzzles. Even our outdoor games are pretty relaxed – Giant Backgammon, Quattro & Boules. If you’re really feeling energetic, we can get a volleyball match going, and you're never too old for swingball (remember that classic 80's garden game). Bring your best riddles and brain teasers and share these over food & drink in the evening.
The sub-theme of the week will be to make a game. Chess is really big in Montenegro – the older folk play with a speed and passion that is awesome – but we’ve never seen an outdoor set. So this summer we’d like to create our own (possibly the first in Montenegro?) outdoor chess set using recycled materials as far as possible.
On Yer Hike
As the summer temperatures start to fall come & explore Montenegro’s wild beauty on foot. We can provide you with maps and directions for a number of walks, including:
- Mountain treks in the Orijen Mastif
- Rambles along rugged, secluded coastline
- Hiking up and along the fortresses of an old walled city
Be a Camp Full Monte ‘Trail Blazer’ - the hills and woodland around our campsite are full of paths and trails as yet un-mapped. Help us find interesting walks that might be suitable for naturists and add them to our ‘Full Monte Walking Book’
OCTOBER
Halloween
A 2 day event celebrating All Hallows Eve and All Hallows Day with pumpkin carving, apple bobbing, a fancy dress competition and of course, a big bonfire. We will cook bangers, mash and homemade beans and we’ll roast chestnuts and bake fruit in the embers.
Bring your best tales of horror and join us as we scare each other silly with ghost stories around the fire.
